Major climate initiative unfolding in western North America

With the Western Climate Initiative (WCI), several American and Canadian states are leading the way for the nations of North America to address climate change. Where the federal government of the USA has failed so miserably in nearly every possible aspect of addressing climate change, the WCI looks exceptionally promising in leading the way for genuine change and concrete action.
